By accessing or using Essay Feedback AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Essay Feedback AI provides automated writing feedback using artificial intelligence. The Service analyzes submitted essays and returns scores, annotations, and suggestions for improvement.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in via Google authentication to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
Use the Service to generate content for academic dishonesty
Automate access to the Service without written permission

5. Ownership

You retain full ownership of any essays you submit. The Service does not claim any rights over your content. AI-generated feedback is provided as suggestions — you are solely responsible for how you use it.

6. Payment

Free users receive 5 feedback sessions per week. Pro users pay a one-time fee for 30 days of unlimited access. Payments are processed through PayPal. All sales are final.

7. Disclaimer

The Service provides automated suggestions only. It is not a substitute for human review, professional editing, or academic supervision. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated feedback.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Essay Feedback AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
